AUSTRIA. Salzburg, Erzbistum. Leopold Anton Eleutherius von Firmian, 1727-1744. Box medal (Silver, 43 mm, 25.23 g), on the expulsion of protestants, undated (circa 1732). 'Gehe aus deinem Vatterland und aus deiner Freundschafft' on a banner above; below, Christ shows a family of Salzburg emigrants the way; mountains in the background. Rev. 'Die Könige sollen deine Pfleger seyn Esaie 49.' on a banner above; below, the king of Prussia welcomes a group of Salzburg emigrants. Preßler 815. Roll 51. Rare with complete and well preserved miniatures. Good very fine.
